Creating a world where mothers are cared for, honored, and celebrated for the holy work they do.
The Beauty Way
The “Beauty Way” is derived from Hózhó, the Navajo word that describes the concept of living in a holistic environment filled with beauty, balance, harmony, and well-being.
It is a path of awareness, intention, community, spiritual practice, and ceremony to nourish and support us as we walk through life together. Walking the Beauty Way is the action of living in harmony with the present moment and being connected with everything and everyone around us.
The Beauty Way is a mirror of what I set out to do and achieve with every mother and family that I work with. My intention is to cultivate a holistic home environment that fosters health, balance, wisdom and harmony before, during, and after childbirth — a sanctuary where the mother, baby, and family can thrive.
I am beyond grateful to have the opportunity to harness this ancient wisdom in my approach to support growing families as they bring new life into this world.

About
Located on the Central Coast of California, I am a dedicated mother, doula, yoga instructor, educator, and Ayurvedic counselor. All areas of my work strengthen a unified mission to support women throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and their postpartum journey.
Being a mother myself, I understand firsthand how beautiful and challenging motherhood can be. With that, I know the importance of having a trusted system of support in every phase of this sacred time.
Over the last decade, the focus of my career has been on yoga and movement arts. After becoming a mother, I quickly realized how empowering these modalities were during pregnancy and in the birth and postpartum journey. At that point in time, I was inspired to venture down the path of becoming a prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor, which then led me to become a doula and childbirth educator.
To further integrate my passion for birth work and yoga, I became a certified Ayurvedic counselor with an emphasis on women’s health during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum time. I was deeply inspired by the nourishing traditions of Ayurveda that I went on to complete a Medicinal Kitchen Apprenticeship in Ayurvedic cooking for postpartum wellness.
I am in the process of becoming a certified postpartum care practitioner with INNATE traditions, as well as an educator for the Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health (APPPAH.)
Combining the ancient traditions of Ayurveda with my extensive education in postpartum care and background in yoga, I have designed a suite of offerings to support and guide new mothers and their growing families. My intention is to leave behind the destructive programming of old belief systems that support “bouncing back” after pregnancy.
I am committed to maternal health and working in an intentional way that truly honors the mother as she walks the path of motherhood. It is the highest honor to be welcomed into this deeply transformative time in your life.
